Common questions about pricing.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one active user account inside TranzGO. A driver is one seat. A merchant posting cargo is one seat. A logistics coordinator who manages lanes counts as one seat on the Fleet plan.
Can I mix roles on one account?
Each account has a primary role. A logistician can view cargo and capacity simultaneously. You cannot register as a driver and post cargo without switching account type.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
Your account automatically moves to the Starter plan unless you enter payment details. No charge happens automatically.
Is pricing the same across all countries?
Yes. TranzGO pricing is set in EUR and applies across all 14 countries where the platform operates. Local tax may apply.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. There are no long-term contracts on the Operator plan.
